If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase, within 14 days from the day that you received your order.

If you would like to exchange an item please contact us before sending back your purchase to let us know which item you would like to exchange it for.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 days.
If the refund is rejected, the purchase will be returned to the original shipping address at your expense.
Customers who paid by bank deposit should notify us of their bank account details.

Custom or Personalised items (if applicable)
Custom or personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Returning your purchase

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. 

We are unable to issue a refund or exchange until the product has been returned to us.

(Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.)

Our policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, and you have not contacted us within this time frame, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place. This includes all packaging, accessories and dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. 

Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this time frame may not be accepted without proof of return shipping dated within this time frame.

Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on RevivalAccessories.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
