To add a product to your shopping cart, click the add to cart button on the product page.
When you are ready to complete your purchase click the shopping cart icon, on the top right hand side of the website menu. This will take you to your shopping cart, where you can check what products are in your cart and view your subtotal.
When you are ready to complete your order, click the checkout button to proceed to the checkout.
Follow the steps to enter your contact information and shipping information. Click continue to shipping. Select your desired shipping option and then click continue to payment.
If you are in Thailand, you can choose to pay by PayPal, Cash on Delivery or by Bank Deposit.
For international orders, we can only accept PayPal at this time.
Once you have selected your payment method, click complete order to go to the order confirmation page.
If you selected Bank Deposit, payment instructions will be given on the order confirmation page. Once payment has been made please send your bank deposit slip to our @line account or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If Cash on delivery is selected, your order will be confirmed and your purchase will be passed on to Kerry Express within 1 - 2 days. Please make sure you provide a contact phone number as the delivery driver will contact you prior to making the delivery. It is your responsibility to have the correct payment amount ready when the delivery driver makes delivery.
For Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal website to make your secure online payment.
All confirmed orders will receive an order confirmation email, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email, once your purchase has been shipped.
Yes, you can place an order by contacting us on any of our social media channels such as instagram direct messages, Facebook messenger and @Line.
However we do advice ordering directly through our website, which has the most up to date stock levels, to avoid any disappointments.
We do not accept any reservations. The items you add to your shopping cart will be kept for as long as the product is available. However, these items are not placed on hold and someone else may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. To avoid this from happening, we recommend completing your order as soon as possible.
You can use the currency selector in the bottom left corner of our website to select different currencies to view our website. However these are just a guide and the final price when making payment will be in Thai Baht.
As we can only accept Paypal for international orders, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, where the price will be displayed to you in Thai Baht and in your own currency using the Paypal currency exchange rate.
All orders placed via our website will be sent a shipping confirmation email, once your purchase has been handed over to our delivery partners. The email will contain a tracking code and a link to the tracking service for your chosen shipping method.
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different one. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.
If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team, via email or @line, as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
We only produce limited numbers of each of our products. If a product you see on our social media is not available on our website, then unfortunately it has sold out.
